Resources like the Fireside Project helpline are suggested for those with concerns about drug use.
Brief Summary
Welcome to the Qualia Research Institute's Tracer Replication Tool! This tool was created to collect quantitative data about psychedelic tracers. You’re also welcome to explore the tool without submitting data. If you’d like to submit data, please:
- Familiarize yourself with the tool and each parameter of the tool before you enter an altered state
- Keep track of your drug dosage, when you consume the drug, and how long after consuming the drug you are using the tracer tool
- Look at the bouncing ball in your altered state
- Adjust the parameters of the tracer tool so that the computer generated tracers best match your visual tracers (note: this tool may be used sober - in the submission form we will ask what you are replicating)
- And lastly, when you submit the parameters, make sure all the effects that you want for your tracer are toggled on (the computer generated tracer that you see on the screen is your final submission)
Note: Some features only supported in Firefox and Chrome-based browsers.
This tool discusses substances and practices with varying legal statuses. We do not condone illegal activity. Please understand your local laws and act responsibly. Attempting to recreate hallucinatory experiences can carry risks, including potential for traumatic recollections. Proceed with caution and stop if you feel uncomfortable. If you are concerned about any drugs you might have taken or be considering taking, a helpline like Fireside Project may be able to help.
