Context Engineering Tips:
- Group Connection: aNUma is designed as a shared journey. Approach this experience with openness to the group dynamic. You'll be guided by an expert facilitator along with friends, coworkers, or even strangers - embrace the collective energy and shared presence.
- Prepare Your Space: Find a comfortable area where you can sit or stand for approximately 60 minutes. Ensure your Quest headset is fully charged and you have a stable environment free from distractions. This journey requires your full attention and presence.
- Trust the Guide: Your expert guide will lead you through various stages of the experience. Release the need to control or predict what comes next. Allow yourself to be guided, following instructions with openness and curiosity about where the journey will take you.
- Surrender to the Visuals: The minimal yet beautiful graphics are designed to facilitate a transformative state. Don't try to interpret or analyze everything you see - instead, let the visuals wash over you. Allow yourself to simply be present with what emerges.
- Immerse in the Soundscape: The stunning musical score is integral to the experience. If possible, use high-quality headphones. Let the sound guide your emotional journey and deepen your sense of immersion in the virtual environment.
- Progressive Intensity: The experience builds gradually. Start with an open, receptive mindset and allow the intensity to increase naturally. If moments feel overwhelming, return to your breath and remember you're in a safe, guided environment.
- Post-Journey Integration: After the 60-minute experience, give yourself time to integrate. Consider discussing your experience with fellow journeyers, journaling about insights or emotions that arose, or simply sitting in quiet reflection. The transformation continues after the headset comes off.
