ℹ️Experience Information
About the experience
Squingle Arcade by VRAL Games invites guests to guide an orb through mind-bending 3D puzzles. Changing physical viewpoint is often the key to seeing a solution.
‣
🌀 Context Engineering Tips:
- Playful Exploration Space: Create a comfortable play area where you can move freely and interact with the puzzles without physical constraints. Clear enough space to reach, rotate, and manipulate objects intuitively as the game responds to your movements.
- Mental Warm-Up: Before diving in, spend a few minutes doing simple mental exercises or puzzles to activate your spatial reasoning and problem-solving mindset. Squingle's 3D puzzles benefit from a warmed-up, flexible thinking state.
- Embrace the Learning Curve: The first few "squingles" may feel unfamiliar as your brain adapts to solving puzzles in true 3D space. Approach with patience and curiosity rather than rushing to solutions. The game reveals its logic gradually.
- Flow State Cultivation: Allow yourself to sink into the rhythm of puzzle-solving. Squingle's progressive difficulty is designed to create flow states where challenge and skill balance perfectly. Notice when you enter this zone of effortless focus.
- Perspective Shifting: When stuck on a puzzle, physically move your viewpoint. Walk around the puzzle, look from above or below. The game's Mixed Reality capabilities allow you to see challenges from multiple angles—use this to unlock new insights.
- Celebrate Breakthroughs: Take moments to appreciate your "aha!" moments. The satisfaction of solving a complex squingle is enhanced when you pause to acknowledge your creative problem-solving process.
- Session Pacing: While Squingle is user-defined in duration, consider natural break points between levels. Some puzzles may benefit from stepping away and returning with fresh eyes, allowing subconscious processing to work its magic.

Setup & access requirements
- Open Library → Squingle.
- If unavailable, switch both Meta account and headset profile/username to Metanoic Vision; contact Jose on Telegram if access is missing. Account email: jm@josemontemayor.com.
- Ask VR or MR? For MR, open Menu → Settings → Mixed Reality, then map the space in good light.
- Clear the boundary for reaching, rotating, and changing viewpoint.
How to facilitate
- Frame — “Guide the orb through each three-dimensional puzzle without touching the edges. Move around it when you need a new perspective.”
- Demonstrate only the first essential gesture, then let the guest discover.
- Offer light hints only when requested; use natural level endings as time cues.
- Monitor hands, boundary, and nearby guests.
- Ask: “Which change of perspective unlocked the puzzle for you?”
Troubleshooting
- MR not tracking → improve light and remap the play space in Settings.
- Hands not detected → put controllers down, clear camera view, reposition hands, and restart tracking/app.
- App glitches → Meta button → Quit → relaunch from Library.
- Unresolved → restart/swap headset and escalate to Jose or Tirso.
