An interactive browser world built by Cyberdelic Nexus for the Cyberdelic Summit. Installed at reception, it offers a self-guided introduction to cyberdelics using only a computer, mouse, and keyboard.
ℹ️Experience Information
About the experience
Nexus Topia is the virtual world created for the Cyberdelic Summit. It brings together spaces, ideas, projects, and media related to cyberdelics in an explorable digital environment.
At the showcase reception, visitors can enter the world on a desktop computer and learn about cyberdelics by moving through the environment and interacting with its content. No headset, controller, or specialist equipment is required — only a mouse and keyboard.
Current world link: Enter Nexus Topia — confirm this is the final public reception URL before opening.
🌀 Context Engineering Tips:
- Reception Invitation:Present the station as an open doorway into the field of cyberdelics, suitable for guests who are waiting, arriving, or curious about the showcase.
- Low Barrier to Entry:Keep the mouse and keyboard visible and provide a one-line control guide beside the screen.
- Self-Guided Discovery:Demonstrate only how to move and interact, then allow the visitor to choose where curiosity leads.
- Time Flexibility:The world can support a short orientation or a longer exploration. Avoid making guests feel they must see everything.
- Shared-Space Awareness:Use headphones or moderate speaker volume so the reception remains welcoming and conversations can continue nearby.
- Meaningful Navigation:Invite guests to notice which project, idea, or digital space attracts their attention rather than treating the world as a checklist.

How to facilitate
- Welcome the visitor and say: “This is the virtual world we built for the Cyberdelic Summit — you can explore it to discover what cyberdelics are and meet parts of the ecosystem.”
- Point out the mouse and keyboard and demonstrate the first movement and interaction only.
- Let the visitor explore independently. Step in only if navigation becomes confusing or the reception queue needs attention.
- Encourage short discovery during busy periods and longer exploration when the station is free.
- Prevent visitors from entering personal information, changing account settings, or navigating away from the approved world.
- When the visitor finishes, return the world to the arrival point for the next guest.
- Ask: “What part of the cyberdelic world made you want to learn more?”
Troubleshooting
- World will not load → check Wi-Fi, URL, browser status, and approved login; then refresh once.
- Movement not working → click inside the world, confirm the correct window is active, and test the mouse and keyboard.
- Camera or cursor stuck → press Escape, click back into the world, or reload to the start point.
- Audio missing → check browser permissions, mute state, output device, and volume.
- Pop-up or external page opened → close it and return to the approved Topia tab.
- Session or avatar stuck → reload the world or reopen it in a clean approved session.
- Network remains unstable → mark the station temporarily unavailable and escalate to the reception technical lead.
