- Preparation: Before beginning, take a few moments to center yourself with deep breathing exercises. This helps create receptiveness to the shifts in perception.
- Audio Enhancement: Consider using quality headphones to fully appreciate the spatial audio elements that accompany the visual journey.
- Mindful Approach: Approach the experience with an open mind and without expectations. Allow yourself to simply observe and feel rather than analyze.

- Open the experience and confirm it reaches the intended starting screen before fitting the headset.
- Keep the guest inside the marked safe area even though the experience is mostly passive.
Launch & account access
- On the headset, open Library and search for Conscious Existence.
- If the experience is not available, switch both the Meta account and headset profile/username to Metanoic Vision.

- Confirm the experience and audio are ready before placing the headset on the guest.
How to facilitate
- Frame — “This is a cinematic journey about consciousness, beauty, and our connection to the universe. There is nothing to achieve—just notice what arises.”
- Fit and orient — Adjust headset clarity and headphones. Explain only the controls needed and remind the guest to raise a hand for help, discomfort, stopping, or completion.
- During — Stay nearby and quietly monitor posture, headset fit, boundaries, audio, and signs of dizziness or overwhelm. Avoid unnecessary prompts.
- Offboard — At the ending or raised-hand signal, remove the headphones first and then the headset. Give the guest a quiet moment before speaking.
- Integrate — Ask one open prompt: “What are you noticing right now?”
Troubleshooting
- App is missing → check that the active Meta account/profile is Metanoic Vision, then search the Library again.
- No audio → check headphone connection and volume, then test the headset’s built-in audio.
- Frozen or black screen → press the Meta button, quit the app, and relaunch it.
- Still unresolved → restart or swap the headset; do not reinstall during guest flow. Escalate to Jose or Tirso.
- Guest feels dizzy or overwhelmed → stop immediately, stabilize the guest, remove headphones and headset calmly, and offer a seat, water, and quiet integration space.
